It is important to mention that we will check each resin kit regarding quality and number of pieces before shipment.

It is our intention that our customers do not have to go though a longer waiting time for replacement part or disappoint at our items' quality.

However, if there are missing pieces and bad casting part, please first take some photo to us and  we will happy to send replacement parts.

We also accept item return and refund. Buyer is required to return the model kit back to our returned product department.

We will check every items before we sent package.when you receive package and you will get your shipping order.But maybe this package also will missing items.

4.If lack item,we will check shipping order,if really this,we also will resend to you right now.

5.But somehow,we hope you don't complain to PAYPAL.if you complain to PAYPAL,we need following paypal flow,it will waste many time,long period,it will be complex.
